In 2020 I discovered Ceremonial Cacao.  I came across a 21 day challenge to swap coffee for ceremonial cacao, (the purest form of chocolate) and I honestly thought 'come on, surely not!'  But being very curious and also as it had been suggested by a trusted Shaman, I accepted the challenge.   I ditched the coffee and embarked on my journey with Ceremonial Cacao. 

Let's just say, the results were undeniable and I stepped out of my masculine energy and into my feminine.  Dancing was happening, singing was happening, playfulness and joy.  My heart was opening and my left brain was thankfully leaving the building.  The 'do-er' in me was done and my creativity was open for business.  I had to find a way to bring this incredible plant medicine to the West......and I did.  Along with my old school friend Rachel who had seen profound changes in her mental health, Breathe Pray Love cacao was born as we ethically sourced the finest cacao from the Ashaninka tribe in Peru.
